Marina Partner Program

We love our Marina Partners!

Our Marina Partners know that Lake Champlain’s clean water and scenic beauty is an essential ingredient in our world-class boating and tourism economy.  Our Marina Partners help us conserve Lake Champlain in so many ways, including financial support and helping to spread the word about our conservation work.  They also display our printed materials in their boathouse, and some have included the materials in boaters’ seasonal welcome packets.

The Lake Champlain Land Trust is the only local land conservation organization solely focused on the lakeshore, parks, forests, and natural areas of Lake Champlain. Since 1978, we have conserved 17 islands, 25 miles of shoreline, and over 15,460 acres of land. Boaters appreciate the scenic lakeshore spots we have saved—including the wild shoreline of Rock Point in Burlington, the dramatic cliffs of Marble Island in Malletts Bay, the cobble beaches of Knight Island in North Hero, and the lakeshore forests of Trembleau Mountain in Chesterfield, NY.

Are you a marina manager interested in learning more?  Are you a boater who wants your marina to participate?  Contact us at or call 802-862-4150.
